Acceptable use policy

The short version

Use Kairev to reach people who could reasonably want to hear from your company, tell them who you are, make it easy to stop, and never pretend the agent is a person when the law or the channel requires disclosure.

You may not use Kairev to

• Send unsolicited bulk email that ignores consent requirements or unsubscribe requests.
• Impersonate another person or company, or use misleading sender names and subject lines.
• Contact people whose data you obtained unlawfully or without the right to use it.
• Publish content that is defamatory, infringing, deceptive or unlawful.
• Attempt to bypass guardrails, rate limits or platform rules of connected services.
• Process special categories of personal data unless you have a lawful basis and have told us.

Limits Kairev enforces regardless of settings

• No cold outreach from your primary domain.
• One-click unsubscribe and a shared suppression list across every Desk.
• AI disclosure in chat and WhatsApp; disclosure in email where required.
• Automatic pause on bounce or complaint spikes.
• Official APIs only. No automated LinkedIn direct messages or connection requests.
• Templates only on WhatsApp outside the 24-hour service window.

Enforcement

If we believe a workspace breaches this policy we may pause the affected Desk or the workspace and contact the Owner. Repeated or serious breaches may lead to termination under the Terms of service. Report abuse to hello@kairev.ai.
