How Kairev uses AI

Kairev is an AI agent. It researches prospects, writes and sends email, answers customer questions in chat and on WhatsApp, writes and publishes marketing content, and produces short videos and images. It does this autonomously inside limits set by the customer and limits set by Kairev that the customer cannot remove.

Disclosure

• Chat and WhatsApp. Customers of our customers are told at the start of a conversation that they are talking to an AI assistant and can ask for a human at any time. The wording can be edited; the disclosure cannot be turned off.
• Email. A disclosure line is included for recipients in the EU by default and is configurable for other regions.
• Our own site. Demo requests and support for Kairev are handled by Kairev’s own Desks, and we say so.

Labelling AI-generated media

Images and videos produced by Content Studio are labelled as AI-generated when published. Trends are used as inspiration; content is original and is never a copy of someone else’s work.

Grounding and no fabrication

Before anything is sent or published, Kairev checks that claims about the customer’s company map to sources in its Company Brain, that personalisation comes from the research brief, and that no customers, metrics, quotes, prices or certifications have been invented. Items that fail are revised or parked for a person.

Human oversight

Every action appears in the Activity feed with what was done and why. Customers can require approval on any channel, pause any Desk, take over any conversation, or stop everything with one click. Sensitive topics such as legal questions, security incidents and refunds are handed to a person by default.

Your data and AI models

Customer data is used only to run that customer’s workspace. We do not train shared models on it, and our model providers are contractually prohibited from doing so.
