• Four Desks. Sales, Marketing, Support and Content Studio, each switchable on or off.
• Company Brain. Built from your website, docs, help centre, pricing, ICPs, brand voice and past conversations, refreshed on a schedule.
• Guardrails on by default. Sending caps with warm-up, auto-pause on bounces and complaints, main-domain protection, shared unsubscribe and suppression, AI disclosure, consent rules by region, budget caps, optional approval mode, kill switch and a full audit log.
• Channels. Gmail and Outlook, WhatsApp Business, website chat, LinkedIn, X, Instagram, YouTube, WordPress, Webflow and Ghost. HubSpot CRM sync.
• Teams. Seats with Owner, Admin, Desk Lead and Viewer roles, personal inboxes and calendars, multiple workspaces on the Scale plan.
• Website. kairev.ai launched, along with the Kairev inbox that handles hello@ and demo requests.

What is next
