What Kairev is

Kairev is one autonomous AI agent that works as your revenue team across four Desks: Sales, Marketing, Support and Content Studio. It runs on a shared Company Brain and inside guardrails it cannot override. It works alongside your people and takes the repetitive work off their plate.

Today we are opening early access for B2B SaaS companies from seed to Series B, globally, English first.

What the pilot includes

  • Any Desks you want to turn on, with the Company Brain built from your website, docs and past conversations.
  • Guardrails on by default: sending caps, warm-up, auto-pause, main-domain protection, AI disclosure, consent rules by region, budget caps and a kill switch.
  • The Activity feed, so you can see every action the agent takes and why.
  • Seats for your team with roles, so your head of sales directs the Sales Desk and your support lead owns the Support Desk.
  • No annual contract. Continue on a plan after the pilot or export your data and leave.

How onboarding works

  1. Connect. Inbox, calendar, CRM, website, WhatsApp number and social accounts.
  2. Teach. Kairev reads your sources and builds the Brain. You add your ICP, offers and voice rules.
  3. Set guardrails. Choose Desks, set goals and decide what needs approval.
  4. Go live. Most teams are live the same day. The Brain improves over the first week.

What is not there yet

We would rather tell you now than surprise you later.

  • Salesforce and Pipedrive sync. HubSpot is the CRM at launch; the others are on the roadmap.
  • Automated LinkedIn messaging. Deliberately not offered; Kairev drafts messages for your team to send.
  • Published customer results. We will share numbers when they come from real customers, not before.
  • SOC 2 certification. Type I is in progress and we will say so plainly until it is issued.
