Who we are

Kairev (“we”) provides an AI revenue team for B2B SaaS companies at kairev.ai. For questions about this policy or your data, email hello@kairev.ai.

Data we collect on this website

• Forms. When you start a pilot, book a demo or subscribe to updates, we collect the details you enter: name, work email, company, role, team size and your message. Submissions are delivered to our own inbox at kairev.ai and used only to respond to you and set up your pilot.
• Technical data. Our host, Cloudflare, processes IP addresses and request metadata to serve the site securely, and provides cookie-less Web Analytics that count page views without fingerprinting or building profiles of individual visitors. We do not run advertising trackers on this site.
• Local storage. The site remembers if you dismissed the announcement bar. That value never leaves your browser. See the cookie policy.

Data we process in the product

When a company uses Kairev, we process the data it connects: email, calendar, CRM records, website and document content, chat and WhatsApp conversations, and social account content. We process this data only to provide the service to that company, under our Terms and Data Processing Addendum.

• Each company’s agent runs in its own isolated environment. Data is never shared between customers.
• Connected-account tokens are stored in a secrets vault and are never placed inside the agent’s environment.
• Data is encrypted in transit and at rest.
• We do not train shared AI models on customer data.
• Administrators can export or delete their workspace data at any time.

People our customers contact

Kairev may send email or messages on behalf of a customer to that customer’s prospects and users. Every such message identifies the customer as the sender, includes a working unsubscribe where required, and discloses AI involvement where required. Unsubscribe requests are honoured across all channels. If you received a message from a Kairev customer and want it to stop, use the unsubscribe link or email hello@kairev.ai.

Retention

Website form submissions are kept for as long as we are in contact with you and deleted on request. Product data is kept for the life of the customer’s workspace and deleted within 30 days of the workspace being closed, except where law requires longer retention.

Subprocessors

The third parties that process data on our behalf are listed on the subprocessors page, which we update before adding a new one.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your personal data, to object to or restrict processing, and to complain to a supervisory authority. Email hello@kairev.ai and we will respond within 30 days.

Changes

We will post changes here with a new “last updated” date. Material changes affecting customers are also announced by email.
