Terms of service
The terms that govern use of the Kairev website and the Kairev service during early access.
Agreement
These terms apply to your use of kairev.ai and, if you start a pilot or subscribe to a plan, to the Kairev service. By using either you agree to them. If you are using Kairev for a company, you confirm you are authorised to bind that company.
The service
Kairev is an AI agent that performs sales, marketing, support and content tasks on your behalf, using accounts and data you connect, inside guardrails you configure. Kairev acts autonomously by default. You remain responsible for the accounts you connect, the audiences you contact and the content published under your name.
Pilots and plans
- A pilot lasts 14 days and requires no annual contract. At the end you may choose a plan, or export your data and leave.
- Plans are billed monthly or annually as shown on the pricing section. Credits are shared across Desks and roll over for one month.
- Fees charged directly by third parties you connect, such as WhatsApp conversation charges, are your responsibility.
Your responsibilities
You agree to use Kairev in line with our Acceptable use policy, to have the right to connect and use the data and accounts you connect, to obtain consent where the law requires it before contacting people, and to keep your login details secure.
Guardrails
Certain limits, such as blocking cold outreach from your primary domain, honouring unsubscribes and disclosing AI in chat, cannot be disabled. Other limits have defaults you can change within the ranges we allow. Kairev may pause activity automatically when bounce or complaint thresholds are exceeded.
Your data
Your data remains yours. We process it only to provide the service, as described in the Privacy policy and the Data Processing Addendum. We do not train shared models on it.
Availability and changes
During early access, features may change and occasional downtime may occur. We will tell you about material changes in advance where we can. Service status is published on the status page.
Termination
You may close your workspace at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms or the acceptable use policy, and will explain why unless the law prevents it.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Kairev is provided as is during early access, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect losses.
